wasn't a great week. I made a combination of nuts, dried blueberries and dried cherries. oh so good. a little too good. I ate it all which should have lasted more than a week. Didn't exercise like I wanted to. I am glad I didn't gain but need to focus more.
228.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
