Basketball began this week and the challenges are getting greater. This is always the time of the year I begin to gain weight. Between grading papers, working night events, practice and games, I always eat on the fly and sleep in. I have to make sure I stay dedicated to the gym and make sure I offer myself healthy options. Cooking for the week on Sundays helps, but I have to resist the temptations from the students and my coaches. If...when I make it through basketball season, I will feel like my lifestyle transformation is complete. For some it is the holidays, for me it is basketball. March please hurry up and get here!!
