Last week's weight gain is STILL bothering me. I anticipated losing and was surprised at how much I gained. A small set back tends to throw me into self destructive mode, but I'm pleased to say I only completely overdid it one day last weekend.

This week has been a struggle and I'm already anxious about the scale tomorrow. My pants feel more loose (or my mind is playing tricks on me), but I fear another gain tomorrow. Need to get it together.
