I was in Vegas and gained weight. I am so disappointed in myself for not having more control. I knew the free drinks would do it. I started off eating good then for 3 days for breakfast I ate toast and hashbrowns. I thought since it was only 1 slice of bread and a small portion of hashbrowns that I would be ok. But obviously it wasn't. It's so frustrating. I really felt sluggish after eating bad, so I am now back on track. Now that I'm home it should be much easier to follow.

You know the old saying, what happens in vegas stays in vegas? Yeah, well it's a piece of shit advice - I know. I think I could handle all the food there, but the free drinks? Don't think I could do that. And I don't even drink. But who could pass up something free, right? Okay, after you finish kicking yourself in the ass, get back on track and dont forget how terrible (sluggish) you feel. Hopefully it'll prevent you from going there ever again! {{{hugs}}}
