Need to start food journalling properly again... and get a bit more scientific. I have dropped back to induction-level carbs again in an attempt to increase my rate of loss, but nothing's moved for the last 2 weeks, in fact I've gone up 3lbs! Haven't been to the gym as often as have been very pushed for time.
