Today went pretty good. It was my first day off of three and I decided to take it easy. I lounged about the house most of the day, decided to take the boys out for a drive (which they loved getting out of the house, and I was strong enough to not be tempted by the BK I got them!)

It is so hard when I am trying to work on knitting for gifts for the holiday...I just want to sit on my butt and get them done! I did make up for it later by doing some exercise on the Wii. My legs are killing me and I didn't work up as much of a sweat as I would have liked, but I should be off to bed.

Overall a good day. I was a little bummed at my loss, but as Natalie has stated, "You have lost 1.5 in 9 days! That is not bad at all!"

Great job on resisting the BK temptation. 1.5 loss in 9 days is excellent - just remember that as you exercise you are also building up muscle - thats why your legs hurt. The scale doesn't always reflect the true changes that are happening with your body. Don't get discouraged by the scale - just stick with this and I promise it will work. I used to get really upset because I weigh myself almost every day and the scale fluctuates constantly. My weight history graph looks like a heart monitor gone wild LOL. Don't let those little daily fluctuations get to you. In the long run the scale will be moving in the right direction. I know you can do this! And I am here to support you in any way I can.

your doing GREAT!!! I need help on my weekends and esp. for Thanksgiving! make sure you text me to remind me to eat small portions!
