I can't believe it! I actually exercised 31 minutes today. Me! I did some standing ab exercises today, they seem pretty easy except for when she was leaning to one side and pulling her knee up and then coming down with the opposite elbow. I'm not that coordinated, so I just did the knee lifts. I'm just excited that I went that long!! It's been a long time, since I did that!!
