Trying to get back on track. October was horrible to me, as you can tell from my weight graph :P
182.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think it's the haunts. You'll be on the wagon and they'll just throw you off. You'll get back on track. Hang in there.
