Good for you! Have you increased your water intake at all? When I first started on SlimFast I worked on getting my water intake up closer to a gallon a day. I really think that kept me from getting hungry. Plus it will flush out any excess sodium & keep you from retaining too much water.

Had to stop the diet after feeling faint! But yes I would drink a pint of water in the morning with my first shake and keep sipping throughout the day.
