8 more pounds by christmas is my goal and I think I am on my way to succeeding. I will be so excited to stay at that weight through the holidays. and then lose more 10 pounds by Feb 5 my 31st birthday.

I am not even being that tempted most of the time. I am finding if I give in a little at a time that the temptations are satisfied with just a little bit. I am having to make lots of cookies for a few things this fall/winter and I have made a few tiny cookies so that I can have a taste and not blow my calories. YEAH. My mind has always been if you take it all away from me you are not going to be able to stop me when I get a taste of it. So if a little bit satisfies me then I am good for a while again.
317.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 87.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
