waist measurement over navel: 80 cm

Haven't been exercising for a few days due to the most various reasons. I'm going to resume aerobic exercise in a few minutes :)
129.0 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
