Fell off the wagon for a short while. Have not been tracking; exercised only twice in the last week. I have not been eating too badly, but just not recording what I've been eating. AND I've avoided the scale just because it is so discouraging when I'm tracking well, eating well, exercising regularly and my weight goes up and down the same 1 or so pounds! I will weigh in tonight since it's been awhile.

I won't....can't...give up!!!!

Ahhh saw your diet for today... the 3 musketeers will get you every time. I won't have them in the house. They are my absolute weakness along with potato chips. Otherwise, you seem to be following a pretty good food schedule. Don't see many veggies. You can do this. Set goals for yourself. So many lbs lost by Christmas or another date. And don't weigh yourself tonight. Wait until the morning. You're carrying additional weight from what you ate and drank all day so it won't be a true weigh-in.
