I really need to get back into healthier eating habits. I spent the summer portaging/canoeing in Algonquin park, and was always hungry because I was always on the move. I started eating a lot more and not really paying attention to what I ate, which was mostly fine during the summer, but now that I am at grad school sitting on my butt for most of the day, I need to cut back. HELP!
