ugh..off the wagon!! I need motivation.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet tuesdaytaylor's own diet   gaining 0.5 lb a week

heyyyy dont beat yourself up too much... realize its a minor set back...and look forward to doing better tomorrow! we CAN do this!!

I appreciate the support!! I haven't been to the gym in a week! Life has been hectic. Also had dinner out twice this week and I did not opt for the healthier dishes. Got to pray for strength to get back mentally ...thanks again :)
