Deep breaths! I am letting stress guide my eating. I can't change the past, but I can make changes to the future. I will focus on those changes.

I work for a 401(k) consulting firm and 10/15 is the final deadline for year end (2012) tax filing. I have a plan that I administer that is being audited and the auditors are asking ridiculous questions, they should have asked 2 months ago when they started auditing, so I've had to set aside what I really need to be doing this week to help them. It's soooooo frustrating!!!! We lost a co-worker and his job was split between 3 of us because our 4th is not a team player, this is also frustrating!!!

Deep breaths and big hugs! Hope everything starts to get better soon. When all else fails at my job we take random walks outside and complain to each other using lots of obsenities. It seems to help.
