I finally did my first couch to 5K workout yesterday! It went well, I just need to find a good route to run. Tomorrow is my next one, so hopefully I'll do as well as I did yesterday. Tonight I'm going to try to get a walk in with the dog and maybe some yoga or something light.

My eating wasn't too bad yesterday, but today I'm craving salt. I don't usually like salty foods, but right now I'm wanting some fries. I'm going to do my best not to eat horribly today, but I may run and get some soup to curb the salt craving.

How was it? I'm not a runner at all (used to but it's been at least 6 yrs)....I've been wanting to try it.

Glad you have found something new that you like! Keep going! When I crave salt, I go for pickles. They have lots of salt and very few calories.

Mntwins16- I think the Couch to 5K is a good program. Anything that will tell me what to do is good for me. I'm not a runner, never have been, but thought I'd try something different, so I got the app. Now it will just be making myself do it.
