This past week was rough. I felt really sluggish so I added more protein to my diet. My stomach didn't appreciated. Probably ate more that I should have. I was more active however! I mowed the yard walked the dogs etc. etc..

You are doing so well Gaebey. Whatever you are doing is working because your weight is steadily coming down which is awesome. Hang in there with the diet adjustments and being more active. Here's to your health!
