Gaebey's Journal, 08 October 2013

This past week was rough. I felt really sluggish so I added more protein to my diet. My stomach didn't appreciated. Probably ate more that I should have. I was more active however! I mowed the yard walked the dogs etc. etc..

665 kcal Fat: 33.11g | Prot: 25.47g | Carb: 70.21g.   Breakfast: Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Strawberries, Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Cereal, Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans (Fat Added in Cooking). Lunch: Kroger Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Hidden Valley Ranch Homestyle Light, Lettuce Salad with Egg, Tomato, and/or Carrots, Lime Juice, Radishes, Fresh Express Organic Baby Spinach. more...
