On Friday October 4, 2013 my DR. told me she wants me to lose 10 lbs. in six weeks. I am putting too much weight on my feet and it is stressing my joints causing my arthritis to flair up really bad!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
