Just got back from visiting daughter and grandaughters for less than a week; up an additional few pounds. It seems I have spent the last year since October 07, losing 18 pounds on fat secret and gaining 14 back as of November 09. Well, I did it once, I can do it again!!!!!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 November 2008:
1164 kcal Fat: 27.87g | Prot: 83.17g | Carb: 88.05g.   Breakfast: Oatmeal. Lunch: cheese shredded fat free 1/4 cup, tomatoe soup. Dinner: lettuce, salad spritzer, turkey burger, string beans, parmesan cheese grated 1 tblsp. Snacks/Other:  sour cream, strawberries, Multigrain Crispbread Crackers, Swiss Cheese (Low Fat, Pasteurized), franco american gravy, chicken. more...
