Just got back from visiting daughter and grandaughters for less than a week; up an additional few pounds. It seems I have spent the last year since October 07, losing 18 pounds on fat secret and gaining 14 back as of November 09. Well, I did it once, I can do it again!!!!!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 November 2008:
1164 kcal Fat: 27.87g | Prot: 83.17g | Carb: 88.05g.   Breakfast: Oatmeal. Lunch: tomatoe soup, cheese shredded fat free 1/4 cup. Dinner: parmesan cheese grated 1 tblsp, turkey burger, string beans, salad spritzer, lettuce. Snacks/Other: chicken, franco american gravy, Multigrain Crispbread Crackers,  sour cream, Swiss Cheese (Low Fat, Pasteurized), strawberries. more...
