Hoping this will provide a little accountability on my part to help me stick with the diet plan. On top of that I have also started oil pulling. I think of it as a workout for my mouth. I am on my 3rd day of doing it and the first couple days my mouth was really sore. The kind of sore you get after a long workout and don't think you can move the next day it hurts so much. Guess my gums were really out of shape. I think my teeth are a little whiter from it already and I have noticed my sleep has gotten better these last couple days. I haven't been waking up in the middle of the night as much. I have had longer periods of solid sleep.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
