Did not stick to the plan 100%.

Exercise stopped Thursday.
Went for a run on Sunday.

Drank more than I would have liked too.

Ate decent for eating out.

Monday is a Hungry day.

148.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
