The last time I really seriously watched what I was eating was in June. Since then I have gained over 10lbs. Obviously I am now at an age that if I'm not watching myself, the pounds will just pile on.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
