beginning again...returning to the weight loss program since watching calories doesn't seem to be working...i'm not watching them

husband working out of town is no reason to use food as a comfort drug

not having a walking/running partner is no excuse to sit on my bottom

here we go...back to goal...i can do this!

glad to have this forum for support
