For some reason I have been going through a fantasic period of weight loss. It hasn't accounted for that recent bad period yet, but it has almost given me some hope that my aggressive X-mas target is still a very slim possibility. Unfortunately I have been called off to the US on business for 3 weeks. I can't see much hope of maintaining my weight loss when I am away.
Went to the Drs yesterday. He has cut down some of the doses of my medications. This was an unexpected pleasant surprise.
