Feeling a bit better now that I've started doing this again. Although its only 7pm and I just ate my dinner and am still hungry! I'm trying not to eat after 7 as it is a very bad habit of mine due to working evenings, but I'm going to start making dinners for work and eating there instead of when I get home.
My husband left to find work in Alberta today, which makes me sad and is stressful, however I think not having him here will make it easier to lose weight...gotta find the sunny side somewhere right?

When I take my lunch and snacks to work it makes the rest of the day so much easier, so I hope your dinners for work help you out too. Good luck to your husband finding work! And, good for you to find a positive!

I think you're doing great, Mamabear. Since you're working in the evenings, maybe you should save a small snack for 9:00...a container of yogurt, half a dozen crackers, some grapes....just something low cal to take care of the munchies and make you feel like you're cheating. I don't know what time you go to bed but I'm sure those few calories won't hurt you and might lift you up a bit in the process. I don't go to bed til midnight or later so I have something small about 10:00. Everybody is different. And you have to take care of yourself. No one else is going to do it for you. :)Good luck and keep going!!
