day 2 insanity. each time I start the insanity program it's harder and harder. why is that? but I did it and I have great support from my husband who is really motivating me and keeping me going.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
