Sausage Queen's Journal, 12 November 2008

Worked all day. I plan on getting up in the morning an going to the gym. Then I plan to go tan. Plan, plan, plan. I just have to make sure there is follow through.

I do walk around at work all day. I wonder if that counts as exercise. I might just start doing some butt crunches while I am siting down working the computer. People at work may look at me funny. Oh well. I will have buns of steel.

Right now I am dyeing my hair. It is in super need of a makeover. My super cool friend and I have an hair appt. for cuts Friday morning. Looking forward to a new do. I think when I pay a little more attention to the way I look it will boost my self control for the diet. Can't wait.
