Wow - having a challenging day! Met a friend for lunch at Tara Thai - had a difficult time choosing what to have, then couldn't find the info on line about nutritional info - that can't be good! But, I got a workout in (that is everyday this week so far!) and I will try to be back on track for dinner. Hopefully, the scale will be kind!
