Had chinese buffet for super. Ate too much of course but did 90 minutes on the treadmill in the evening. Probably burned off one desert. Better than just sitting on the couch.

2446 kcal Fat: 88.92g | Prot: 129.34g | Carb: 295.78g.   Breakfast: Smoked Honey Ham (Cooked), Tea with Milk, Ketchup, Egg. Lunch: Kraft Sundried Tomato and Oregano Salad Dressing, Coleslaw, Chili Con Carne with Beans. Dinner: Smoked Honey Ham (Cooked), Nature Trails Sweet & Salty Peanut Granola Bars, Heinz Deep-Browned Beans with Pork & Tomato Sauce, Wegmans Watermelon. Snacks/Other: Coffee with Cream, Dry Roasted Mixed Nuts. more...
