Back to phase 1 after a long hard fall off the wagon! Today I feel an urge to eat for no reason at all, entertainment, boredom---not hunger. I remember my cravings easing with the first week of phase 1, but it is hard to remember when all I can think about is all the delicious bakery items and sweets I'd love to be snacking on.

Preparation is always key for me. It is always easier to make healthy choices when veggies are prepped for quick-cooking meals. My goal is to be active on at least 5 days this week.
