This is when I get a little frustrated. I have been on plan and starting to stall. Out side of three martinis's a handful of almonds and a small risotto I have eaten on plan. I have had no diet coke for months, I only drink water and coffee and that occasional Martini. I have had zerp processed foods either. GRWWWWWWWW.

On a positive note I got my blood work back and saw a marked decrease in LDL and a big increase in HDL so numbers are showing something different than the scale.
243.3 lb Lost so far: 18.9 lb.    Still to go: 58.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.3 lb a week
