I didnt drink as much water yesterday as I have been trying to get each day because of being on the road with my Mother in law but today I am back at work and water here I come...good thing I work at a water utility lol. With being on a diuretic for my blood pressure I really need to drink more water and my system was telling me that yesterday. I actually was having some pains that when I drank a bunch of water in the evening went away. I became aware that I must drink it more than ever now. Bye bye weight I will not be seeing you again (unless I get the privilege to have a baby and I must put some weight on for it).
