I did my best this week. I am going to continue to try to keep it moving forward.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

50 squats! Good gracious, I'll bet you'll find motivation comes a lot easier if you just stick to walking for the first few weeks with just some simple stretching exercises. It's amazing how much your motivation increases when you can effortlessly walk for 30 minutes a day for a few weeks, and then gradually walk faster and faster. I found that once my stamina increased with walking, I naturally wanted to move on to adding other physical exercise. But don't overdo it; that's the fastest route to soreness, injury and lack of motivation. IMHO.
