Good morning!

Just a quick weigh-in.

I looked at all the stats from last week, and the weeks before, and everything is good. The large weight increase is simply because Indulgence Day came a day early this week.

I'm off to play a ROCKIN' SHOW with my band, Burnin' Live!

I will write MUCH MORE tomorrow. Promise!

190.0 lb Lost so far: 151.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
