Feeling pretty good and going to the gym every day at lunch. Haven't been playing tennis but still doing zumba twice per week, and also volleyball once per week. Will try and get in some more runs as a substitute for tennis. O, and guy I've been dating has dumped me, so that is quite the metabolism downer. Feeling like I should step up the workouts to generate some "feel good" endorphins and start looking for the next Mr. Right.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
