I had to abandon my fast (dang my social calendar!), so I've begun eating solid foods today....it's only been seven days of water, so I'm going by my past experiences and I know fresh fruits and veggies, a little carb and fat & I'm good to go!

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 September 2013:
1746 kcal Fat: 50.52g | Prot: 72.68g | Carb: 177.91g.   Breakfast: Pineapple, Honeydew Melons, Cantaloupe Melons, Grapes, Watermelon, Nature's Own Light Honey Wheat Bread, Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter. Lunch: Balsamic Vinegar, Celery, Pickled Hot Pepper, Albertsons Hard Boiled Egg Whites, Cilantro, Vlasic Baby Sweets Pickles, Baby Spinach, Fresh Selections Shredded Carrots, Kroger Ripe Olives Sliced, Albertsons Sliced Olives, Broccoli Flower Clusters. Dinner: Gin, Old Orchard 100% Apple Cranberry Juice (Bottle), Fleischmann's Vegetable Oil Spread made with Olive Oil, Butter, Near East Garlic & Herb Rice Pilaf Mix, Shrimp, Baked or Broiled Crab, Baked or Broiled Crab, Steamed or Boiled Lobster. more...
