Yesterday I made a powerpoint of my weight loss progression pictures- it's so great to see a visual of how much my body has changed for the better!
169.6 lb Lost so far: 85.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That is awesome! I will probably do something similar down the road...just doing a before & after pic has given my motivation the kick in the pants it needed & I'm rockin & rollin again. Keep up the great work girl!!

I can't wait until I have that many progression pics. I want to be like you when I grow up...lol but seriously you are so inspiring to me and remind me that if I just keep it up I will have the results I want.

Aww thanks, your support makes me feel great and gives me strength to keep going. Seriously there are times when I'm about to cave (like when my roommate makes a batch of mouth-watering cookies!!!), and I think "but if I slip up I'll have to report a gain on fatsecret!" Lol :)

Go Rose Go! Big congrats for breaking the 170 mark! I wish I had more pictures from "before" but like so many others... really avoided that camera when I was obese.

How often do you take progress pics? I want to keep a photo journal too, but don't know how many pounds should drop between pics. Advice?

In the past I've taken pics every 5 lbs, but I'm noticing now that changes are becoming apparent in smaller intervals. I'm probably going to take them every 3 lbs now. Hope this helps!
