I kinda carb'd out on the weekend..had my little bit of craziness but now I am okay...will loose the 2 pounds this week...it is hard to crave things and not eat them....sometimes I crave sugar and salt and it drives me crazy....hard not to give in when the weight goes on right away....I am back on track now....Di
