Finishing my first week of challenge "What is your goal for the month of November." - to be committed, disciplined, focused and determined to stick to south beach and turn weight around from going up to down!!! I have not done well this week. I'm gearing up for a better second week. I have definitely lost my fight to lose weight and have got to get it back........that's why I am not giving up journaling and reading about others' motivation.....

Diet Calendar Entry for 08 November 2008:
1378 kcal Fat: 46.97g | Prot: 134.57g | Carb: 124.05g.   Breakfast: kashi cereal, ricotta, Swiss cheese, strawberries. Lunch: mc'donalds icecream cone, Chicken Leg Meat (Broilers or Fryers, Fried, Cooked), Chicken Thigh Meat (Broilers or Fryers). Dinner: ham, mayonnaise. Snacks/Other: Mashed Winter Type Squash (No Sugar Added in Cooking, Fat Added in Cooking). more...

Never Never Give up darlin'.....We all struggle daily as well....Some days are better than others and when the good ones consistently outweigh the bad....we see the results on the scales... IF we're at it....You WILL be successful!!! huggs Deb

I wish we knew what makes that magic light go off in our head that gets us focused and disciplined. Mine goes off and on so much! One day at a time....just take it one day at a time. You can do it!
