OK I am going back to normal low carb for now. Fasting today was hard. I attempted to fast from 7:30 pm to 7:30 pm the next day. I was really hungry and lightheaded and foggy all day. I almost made it but cracked at 6:15 pm. I was just on the edge. I ate about 1800 calories. I had one reeses cup also, before the sweet free challenge starts(there was like 3 hrs before it started lol). It actually tasted way too sweet for me since I hadn't been eating much sweet anyway for a while, wasn't worth it.
The first fast I did was the easiest, from 2pm to 2pm the next day. I can do that next time, but I am going to take break for a while. Doing too much too soon probably isnt too good anyway. It's hard enough doing sweet free.
