Having a specific goal is helping me keep my motivation up. In November, I plan to run a full marathon so keeping up my running is going to be important. I will use this challenge to springboard into more intense running in the coming months.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
