today I start anew...it is equinox and I am more than ready to shed these 20lbs ...I renew my effort to count my calories and loose 20 pounds by the dec 21....3 months ...an average of 6lbs and 4oz each month....I do it!!!!! I deserve to feel better and look better.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
