Make the best choices possible, that;s all you can do. Remember,we still have to live life. I know that no matter what food options you have, you will make the best choice for you. As for exercise, if you have any down time at all, go for a walk, get those steps in every chance you get. That's how I get my 10,000 in daily. Five steps here, 20 steps there, it all adds up. Maybe you can do some stretching or marching in place before bed, etc. Just remember that every time you move you burn more calories. You burn more sitting down than laying down, standing instead of sitting, walking instead of standing, etc.
