Ok so I'm closing out Friday. No workout today. Worked last night so Fri and Sat are usually lazy days. Missed the crunches but I'll get them in tomorrow. Food diet today: 1 package of cinnamon oatmeal 1 slice of wheat bread with I can't believe it's not butter Snacked on some tortilla chips 15-2 Espresso with milk and a cookie A small portion of pasta with light meat sauce 2 stuffed veggie appetizers before dinner Chicken leg and thigh and potatoes for dinner 2 small glasses of wine Now I'm at work and I've had 2 small glasses of soda. I will try not to drink anything but it can b difficult at times.
