Off day today, food wise. Waited too long after breakfast to eat again. Started off great with breakfast.......after church it took me awhile to get home and I had to stop by the store before going home. I was starving at that time, so decided to have an off day today. Not beating myself up it was a conscious decision....Back on it tomorrow!

Don't sweat it! I have the same issue on Sunday, eat breakfast, go to Sunday school, then church service. By the time I eat again it is after 1:00pm. It has helped me greatly to keep a protein bar like Met-RX or Myoplex in my purse. Find one you like or if you are not allergic to nuts, stash a serving of those. Hope this helps! Here's to a better tomorrow! :-)

Just read your profile. (I will complete mine this week). I am 48 and am on my 'journey back' also. I lost 60 lbs 2.5 yrs ago at a boot camp and gained back 20 within the last year. Don't fret your progress. it is better to lose slowly but steadily than rapidly. Studies have found that those who lose slower maintain better. The main reason is because it is healthier, but also, 'slow losers' tend to make their new healthier eating a lifestyle and not a quick fix. You are doing great! :-) Be patient ... to God be the Glory!
