Some notes from last night Kim Lyons call. One of the things she talked about was she likes pizza and makes it out of a brown rice tortilla,pizza sauce, cheese, spinach, and some onions.
Instead of Vitamin water or gatorade to help with electrolytes use water some sea salt and squeezed lemon.
She always eats a protein when she eats a carb.
Someone asked her do the people on the biggest loser count calories. Yes they do but they are only eating around 1200 calories a day, working out burning 5-9 k a day.
Learned so much can't wait

Even that bit of info is great if I burned 5-7K aday on 1200 I would be in a coma from my diabetes have to monitor all the time now that I am actually moving. Mary
