Missed your journal yesterday. Sorry that you are still suffering with your arm/shoulder/neck. Hope the doc has some great suggestions. Glad hubby is on board with trying to lose weight and eat more veggies. It will be very frustrating watching him lose loads while you stay the same but that is unfortunately what often happens. Mean drops weight much faster than we do. Another reason to smack them! LOL. Have an awesome day and feel better soon. Glad you are back on the 'no wheat' band wagon. It really does seem like the devil's own food, so many people can't tolerate it.

Aw thanks Izz! It is a LOT easier to keep my own intake down when he's not tempting me, that's for sure! LOL! My weight drops and then levels off and bounces around by a bit for a while. I see no reason to think it'll change any time soon so I'm just traveling my own little path here on the weight loss.
