My diet has consisted of eating 1200 calories a day and exercise. I bike ride 3x a week, 12 miles each ride and floor exercise 3x a week. As with all diets the last few pounds are coming off very slowly. I am 66 years old and feel I am at the peak of the amount of exercise I can do. Any suggestions?
146.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like you are doing everything right, keep up the good work and it will pay off with those last few pounds falling right off!

What an encouragement you are to me! But without being able to see what you are eating, I can't give you any suggestions.
