Finding 1300 calories really difficult. i know i could increase it by exercising, but i've just been feeling really unmotivated. we've had a few big family events recently which also means big amounts of food! hopefully it'll get easier now that things are calming down.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
