So day 2 of getting back on track. I emailed Krystal today for a little added support. Feeling good about making positive changes. I'm going to try to keep my food diary this time around to really see what I'm eating. I just entered my breakfast and lunch and I'm already at 16 carbs for the day. It is amazing how quickly it adds up!

I feel good today. Got work done early and I'm heading out to do some gardening.
